Very poor service, waiters are rude and ignoring clients. We ordered 2 soups as most of menu was not available. Been waiting for 30min and nothing was ready, they just started to cook when we asked!!

We were already at the end of the season; there was practically no one there except us. The portions are large, the food is delicious, Georgian cuisine. Quite expensive, but there are not many restaurants here. Everything was fresh, we will relax here, we will come again. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₾40–50

Our experience at this restaurant was nothing short of a nightmare. The waitresses completely ignored us for the first 30 minutes, leaving us with no choice but to call them over. Even when we did manage to place our orders, they only took orders from two people at a time, causing utter chaos at our table. It took an hour for us to receive our drinks and appetizers, and after two hours, we still had not been served our main dishes. When we asked the waitress about the delay, we were told we had to wait another 40 minutes. We decided to leave as we didn't want to waste our day waiting for food. However, when the bill arrived, we were charged a staggering amount of 220 GEL for a pizza, two fries, and four drinks, which were not even worth half that price. We tried to negotiate with the restaurant and offered to pay for what we had received, but they refused to listen and even threatened to call the police. In the end, we had to pay the full amount and were even physically prevented from leaving the restaurant. The only good thing I can say about this place is that they always seem to have tables available, but that's probably because nobody wants to eat here. We strongly advise anyone considering dining at this restaurant to steer clear of it. Oh and you're even bad on trying to increase the rating with fake reviews. So fun to see only bad reviews and few 5 star reviews from fake accounts that have their only review posted.
