Wish we come here for a bite rather than the fancy Countryside Hotel which served old food. Had a coffee an Ice Cream- cheap cheerful. Not many people about though. It's right in the heart of the old village.

We eat at this place our best pistacchio ice creams ever: also great coffee. Dreaming about coming back there!!

We had read about this little bar/gelateria and thought the praise was too good to be true. Maybe it's because you are hungry after the long walk up to the top of medieval Gangi, maybe it's the breathtaking setting when you reach the top, or maybe the Gelato really is the best. Whatever, it is darn good and worth the climb. And the owner could not be friendlier.
