Bidra med feedbackGreat breakfast as always in generous portions. It took to eat after 11:00 and this was only decent option open. We could not immerse, but ordered to go and it was a positive experience in the whole area. The person responsible was so helpful and sweet and the way the food was packed was excellent. Go to IHOP!
Had a nice breakfast with 2 others during a stop on our road trip. The servers were excellent, friendly and efficient. The food was delicious, sisable and cost no fortune. The room was not crowded at all and gave us a welcome relief from driving. The toilets were well maintained. Recommend this as a nice break when you go through and through.
What a strange mixed experience bag. I wouldn't recommend it. Once the atmosphere felt like an empty school cafeteria with a very strange smell. It felt cold and unwilling. I had canceled several DoorDash orders while my Dasher waited for the order and then the restaurant cancels the order without explanation. I gave up a job for picking up and calling when I arrived. The person told me that the order pick-up said so that I had to come.. not sure why she could not be harassed to bring it 30 feet to my car if she is clearly not busy at the time. We came home and realized that the crepes we ordered were missing the most important ingredients. They gave us a refund for this part when we called. I was disappointed to learn that they are not really open 24 hours, like the sign outside the states. Food is generally good, but service is hit and miss.
At first, the waiter said we're running out of ice... how. how to serve warm soda and water for the cartridges. Second, you could say he was new and tried his best, I would give him 5 stars for trouble, but no one else worked to help him. The host tried to sit 5 people in a small stand that might sit 4 . When a 6-person table was open, we had to tell them we couldn't fit here we could move to this table? Eating took a long time, some dishes were hot others cold. No rhyme or reason. I would avoid this IHOP and try another.
Horrible experience. We ended up walking out after waiting for our food and was told the ticket wasn?t even put in yet. I completely understand short staff issues and such but this is completely unacceptable. Not to mention the manager talking to his employees the way he was. In my opinion a body was needed for a manager and he got it. Another issue seen first hand was the busboy taking clear liquids from tables that he was cleaning cups from and pouring it on the table to do the final wiping up to make it look clean. I told the manager and he replied that they are short staffed and he can?t manage everyone. At this point we walked out. There was also several people coming in while we were waiting to pick up mobile orders or online orders. They were so backed up with them that they were telling people they didn?t have the order. One guy stated to give refund and manager told him to call him tomorrow that he could look at refund then.
