Bidra med feedbackThis morning I attempted to get coffee and a muffin utilizing the front counter kiosk. The muffin option was not easily found and I asked an employee for assistance. This employee kept walking. I continued to try figuring out where the muffin option was. All during this time every employee on duty behind counter ignored me at the kiosk on the front counter. A white guy comes in and immediately he is asked can he be helped. I left and then returned asking for franchise operator or manager. I spoke with gentleman and he was suppose to return my call. He has not. Will never return to that location. I encourage Dunkin corporation to start sending in undercovers to keep these types of incidents on guard before it cost the organization more than coffee.
My food was accurately made to order. Place was clean.If you expect people to dine-in, how about turning on the A/C?? It’s like a sweat shop in there. Couldn’t understand anything they were saying either.
I stopped at the dunking donuts at 1051 rt 3 in gambrillia md at 6:45, the sign on door says open till 10, and people were inside but all doors were locked and not a single person even look at us much less open the door or explain why they are closed 3 hours before they’d re supposed to!
If you get here after 7am, plan for a long wait. I’m not sure why it takes them so long to make a coffee or grab a couple donuts and put them in a box. Don’t go inside. It’s even worse.
Came to get a cappuccino and asked for my normal order of 2 French vanilla swirl pumps. kassierer pretended that she didn't understand or speak English so another woman showed up and said it was right despite the sticker. refused to correct the order and pretended that they did not understand English, but when I took my order. will not be back. disappointed.
