Truly authentic Hungarian food as well as stories if you can catch the owner, Clause. I always call ahead to make sure they're open before making the trip since hours can be unpredictable. It's a gem hidden in plain sight, with a caste facade right in the historic Strand District.
I love this place. I love the house red wine (Bull's Blood). I love the red cabbage, sauerkraut, borscht, schnitzel, stroganoff, and everything!
The service was amazing and the beef stroganoff was to die for !!!
