Bidra med feedbackThe only reason I 'm giving only three stars is NOT because of the front staff, they were killing it during the lunch rush and had a line out of the door. They were friendly, and trying to make a bunch of sandwiches as fast as they could. What bothered me is that this short, slim man with darkish brown grey hair and glasses (I 'm assuming the 'manager ' stood in the hallway, clutching his dear phone for life, doing absolutely nothing to help his staff. He DID make sure to come creep up on an employee who was making my sandwich and ask him what he was making and then go on to critique him. Oh, then he went to the tables and asked quickly if people eating were happy with their food. And then, he went right back to his hiding spot in the hallway just standing there awkwardly while everyone else was bustling. What kind of manager doesn 't take the lead and go support his staff during a rush? I recognized him right away as I stood for a while waiting to order and he was definitely wearing the green Pickles shirt. He needs to be demoted to making sandwiches, or perhaps given the boot. Proper managers aren 't hiding in the back during rushes, and certainly not micromanaging their staff either. Overall, Way to go (and 5 stars to all the staff members who busted @ss today without the help of their coward, useless manager !! ? ? (He gets ZERO stars! Get someone else to take his place who is an actual leader and team player!
Favorite spot to grab sandwiches. Order ahead of you're traveling North on 99. They are conveniently right off the freeway and easy access back on.
Absolutely horrible slow service I'm at work in a bit of a rush and there is one person making sandwiches and I can two or three employees laughing in the back while one person is doing all the work c'mon wyd ?
OMG! Any slower and they'd be going backwards! The two girls who worked the afternoon shift on 3 Jun 2023 were slower than molasses on a cold winter day! They got orders wrong. When the Listen Linda sandwhich states it has avocado, there should be avocado. There wasn't.Before that, they didn't tell us there wasn't any bread ready. Then took the first of 6 sandwich orders and walked away. Then decided to ask what bread and told us there wasn't any ready for another 5 minutes. We weren't asked what size we wanted. Being a firster time there, I was not impressed. I don't think I'll be back. I'm lucky my stomach didn't eat my backbone waiting. The up side was they didn't charge for the baby's pb j. But it doesn't make up for the ridiculously slow service.
They will skimp you sometimes. Pay nearly $13 for a sandwich with extra meat added and I doubt it'd be sufficient for a kids lunch. Don't be cheap with your ingredients. You buy wholesale, we're paying your rip off prices.
