Bidra med feedbackThe food at this restaurant was delicious and they were able to accommodate my gluten and dairy allergies. Instead of ice cream, they offered me a coconut milk chocolate panna cotta for dessert with my prime rib dinner, and it was amazing! The only reason I'm not giving a higher rating is because of a mix-up with my dinner reservation. I had requested a reservation for the same evening as my spa appointment, and was told it would be no problem. However, when we arrived for dinner, there was no reservation and the woman assisting us was rude and unhelpful. Thanks to the assistance of two other lovely ladies with dark hair, we were able to get a table and enjoy our meal with wine in hand. These two employees really saved the day, and I hope the resort recognizes and appreciates their hard work.
Conveniently situated in the Galiano Inn, this restaurant offers fine dining with stunning ocean views and attentive staff. It is recommended to make reservations in advance. The food is a bit pricey but of good quality. I particularly enjoyed my starter of bruschetta with pistachio, baked goat cheese, and homemade pesto. The sablefish main dish was delicious. However, the vegetarian tagine my husband had was average as it felt like they simply removed the meat to make it vegetarian, resulting in unbalanced flavors with overpowering spices. For dessert, we had coconut milk pannacotta which was satisfying, and it was great to see a dairy-free option available. Although they are known for their wood-fired pizzas, they were not available during our visit in low season. The highlight of the meal was definitely the breathtaking view.

Wonderful setting at the resort, interesting cuisine, and a very pleasant atmosphere. Great view. Staff was friendly and attentive without being in the way. Among the four of us, we pretty much covered all the sandwich options; everyone enjoyed their meals greatly. The Bison Burger, which I had, was lean and yet still juicy, and done just the way I asked for it. Great fries. Good wine. What's not to like?
While staying at the Inn I stopped in for dessert. The sticky toffee cake with vanilla bean ice cream was delicious!
