Craft On Seminary Street - Galesburg

A fantastic Galesburg spot to become legendary. we can not use any menu item outside the (1) cocktails (2) steaks (3) starters hummus charcuterie (1) cocktails craft is already known for their cocktails and large barkeepers. I'm not much of cocktails, but when it comes to craft, I'm gonna let the ruffled lead the away. they are the best in town. while not a cocktail, their beer selection is top notch and unique. (2) steaks we were three times in craft, and each time we had their rib eyes. here is the deal, I don't make steak houses and I usually don't buy steaks from restaurants that I can make myself better. and if I pay more for an article, I want to know that I can do something at least as good as I can if not better (it is why I stop eating brisket;) and craft delivers (3) baked hummus is a must so good, but, her charcuterie board, while beautiful is not worth the price. do not let the pictures fool them away from the charcuterie board

Chris, gina and the entire personal are on personal missions to create unique culinary experiences for their guests...and they surpass all expectations. all about craft speaks outstanding quality, from the atmosphere, unique bar ingredients offerings, weinwissen / Paarings to food preparation. this is a very special experience that will inspire them.

I've been here a few times. The food has been spot on every time. Service, with various servers, has been very good each time. And I really like the ambiance.

This is, hands down, one of the absolute best restaurants I’ve ever eaten at. For a small town like Galesburg, you wouldn’t expect such an upscale place! Had the filet, and it was perfect. The decor, lighting, and bar area was just stunning. Yes, they’re pricey…but if you have the money, it’s worth every single penny! Can’t wait to go again for an amazing dinner!!

We always have a great time at Craft; food is consistently top-tier, as is the presentation. The bar is equally advanced and original. The only challenge we've ever encountered is a lengthy wait on a busy night. Nonetheless, they were very accommodating, and even brought us a complimentary bottle of wine.Brunch is on the same level...michelada fantastic.
