Wedding Day Bakery - GALENA

We loved our wedding cake and candy table. Everything was delicious and Carolyn was very accommodating. My wife showed her a picture of the cake she wanted, and it's exactly what she wanted. We also added on a birthday cake and she couldn't just accommodate us, it was delicious. Very recommended!

My wife and I have recently married in Galena and had wedding day Bakery as our dessert for the occasion. We worked with Carolyn to create our perfect menu for the big day. She was so helpful and gave us so many ideas. We decided to go with smaller bites so that our guests can try out several items without regret. Carolyn may have quite any kind of dessert for your day so make sure to ask if you have favorites. We went with an assortment of brownies, cupcakes and cheesecakes and they were all very delicious. Not only were they delicious, but they photographed well. Our guests could not get enough of the bite size options and they came back for seconds and thirds. We were so grateful that Carolyn is working with us. She made our day so special!

Carolyn is doing a wonderful job. My husband and I wanted something unique, because none of us is cake ppl. She made us a delicious raspberry cheesecake. We added apple cake, mini cupcakes and cheesecake bars to our guests. She set up cakes and candy and we didn't have to worry. Everyone has pointed out how delicious our desserts are. Could not be happier with our experience with wedding day Bakery!
