Waited for 30 minutes on my food. Waiter ended up giving mine to another table. All the staff stands out back talking and smoking cigs instead of actually doing their job. Super disappointed in this place. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Macado's has always had great food for those without a food allergy or sensitivity. Love the atmosphere and the retro/throw back vibe the restaurant provides. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–50 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Parking space: Plenty of parking

I have a lot to say. I'll start eating well. The service was sub par and that's nice. There were 2 servers, a hostess, a bartender and maybe someone else who could have been a kitchenman. The staff did their best, but it was busy and the customers suffered. I never saw a manager. Someone should have floated around to do quality control. The tough shrimps were perfectly cooked. 10 Shrimps and they were plump. My only sadness is that they needed more of the sauce. 10 of 10 recommend. My husband has chips and dip app. He has the chips, no dives. The sauces came about 10 minutes after the chips. The small small 2 ounces sauce cup is not enough for the tortilla chips. The beer cheese appeared in another 10 minutes. Of course, the hot pulp was cold. It was very disappointing. I ordered chili and onion rings. Both were delicious. But at $9.95 for a tease of Chili as a meal, it was a tear. Even the staff is right. The tortilla chips did not come as advertised. I would suggest adding the size of this chili to the menu. I was very disappointed. I am well versed in food costs and the way restaurants work. Whoever is responsible should be ashamed. If you are short staff, put the servers at least in sections so that they can take care of their customers more efficiently. I post a picture of the $10 chili meal sans tortilla chips along the onion rings that were delicious and plentiful at a fair price point of 6 dollars. I'm pretty upset that my meal was maybe 7oz chili. It's unacceptable. It took about 10 minutes or more to get a beer. We filled our apps and when our food came, we couldn't eat anymore. That's a good problem. My husband decided to eat the burger he ordered for breakfast (a good medium). It was medium on the first bite so that he had to disassemble it and cook more. It was definitely on the rare side of the medium in the middle. If we had even tried to fix this in the restaurant, it would have taken an hour. Pur poor server could barely come around to see how it was. Why aren't they a supervisor who supports these people??? All in all, we probably go back. I feel like the service is better if it's not short. For your employees, please do better.
