We waited for 20 minutes to get a table. Dirty tables everywhere. Place wasn’t even busy. We ordered and waited over a hour for our food while our waitress visited with people she knew. Once our food arrived it was incorrect . Missing a a side and a over cooked steak. Our waitress told us the kitchen had to go get a steak because they ran out and that what took so long. The manager said a cook walked out. Who knows what happened. We left hungry.

This is the WORST location ever! We went to eat here one night and after waiting over an hour for our food we finally asked the waitress to please check on our food and then the manager came to our table saying our food had been given to someone else. They apologized over and over and told us they could remake our food and we declined. We were not going to wait again. They did give us two gift for the inconvenience. THEN we did a to go order the next night because we are visiting the area and the gift cards were only for that location. We understand it may have been a bad night the night before so we gave it another go. We picked up our to go order and that was wrong! We were missing sauce for mozzarella sticks and two sides from two different entrées. #dobetter

Our 1st order of wings were old hard. I couldn't eat them. Our waiter dropped by long enough to say he'd be with us in a moment he never came back. The bartender decided to wait on us then spent most of the time talking to the 3 men at the bar leaving us sitting there with nothing to drink. It's the first time I've ever had a bad experience at a Applebee's Service: Dine in
