Taco Bell - Gaithersburg

I have visited this place for many years and the new manager jennifer is great. it is efficient! not only has it consistently finished my orders and faster than usual, it is always cheerful and energetic. many thanks to jennifer for consistent and always friendly.

Employees will steal from you here.Don't use those non-reloadable Visa Gift cards to get food here. I usually get them to help budget. Had an employee run my card then disappear for a second. Checked my balance when I went to get gas because the card was declined, and it was full of micro-transactions for cell phone games.

This location in particular always has significantly better service than others in the area. Drive thru is still fast even with a huge line.

Drive thru girl is rude. She don’t want to work there. Attitude is intense.Food was wtvr, they ran out of a few things. Def not worth the trip at 11pm 13 degrees outside.

Food is good, but when we get our items home, many of them aren't identified on their wrappers as to what they are, so I have to go through opening up burritos and soft tacos to figure out what to give my family members. Very frustrating!
