Starbucks - Gaithersburg

This Starbucks is open 24 hours, it is a convenient location, and the customer service is OUTSTANDING. I really need to applaud the team that works here because I literally have zero complaints. All people who work there I met are kind and take time to talk to you no matter when I appreciate it. I always let you smile there, which is a great start to my day. I was there in the middle of the night, and the service was just a great one! I also think that they are moving people very quickly and efficiently by driving things to move things. I love eggplants, both flavors are delicious. I also love the old-fashioned donut they warm up for me, and their sandwiches are very good. Regarding drinks, I cannot comment on their coffee, but I love the Chai tea latte, vanilla bean frappuccino, pink drink (it is like a strawberry refresher with coconut milk in it and the pineapple matcha drink. I love this place and look forward to coming here!

Only 24 hours of starbucks around and an amazing ride through. Do not park near the drive through the entrance because you are locked by cars in the line. Bathroom is somehow hidden, it is on the right side when you enter and it is not the door with the keyboard.

I come for the coffee and stay for the excellent customer service and laughs. Amazing crew, especially on a Saturday morning when the drive-thru is 15-20 cars deep. They keep their spirits up and hustle hard.

One of my favorite starting locations. Friendly staff and baristas enjoy their creations and it is always a winner.

I love this place! I accidentally placed the wrong order and Greg fixed it without hesitation. So customer service should look everywhere!
