Neal's Bagels - Gaithersburg

Today was my first experience order from this Bagel shop. I received my order via Uber Eats. I ordered a salmon bag with some different toppings. On arrival I noticed that the salmon were missing from the bagel. I called the store and let her know what happened. The favorite girl was very apologetic and ready to do things right. She offered various options to make it right, I decided to get a new bagel to pick up. When I came in, the staff was very friendly and I must say it's so nice to know that people still care. I also work in customer service and rarely see someone ready to fix a mistake. Apart from that, the bagel itself is delicious! Thank you to the beautiful lady who helped me.

It's been here for almost 20 years! Best bagels in town. I love her whole bagel w/ lox cream cheese.

Neal's Online found if you are looking for breakfast to serve at a theme event that I manage from the apartment community. The rainbows Bagels were amazing! This is my first time here, but I am happy to visit again to try more things!
