When I went through the way, my order said. the person manning the drive-thru missed an item on my order when I came to the next window, I noticed that I had ordered a fairly large order. it was a little smoothie for my daughter. the manager mohammed said that I had to go around or go in, they can not take orders in the second window that I could accept if I had not read the article back to me. even after I spent a good time in Drive-thru, I informed him. that would be very uncomfortable for the fact that my young child was on the back. the manager mohammed said this is the only one gone and went away, very dismissed. then to go home and I miss an article and I have the wrong food. so shouldn't run a business. they seem to have a manager who does not care about the quality of food, service or respect for the customer. all the others are great that I despise with the previous one.
Why is indoor dining still closed here. It's july 2022. All the other ones nearby are open. Ended up taking it and eating it at another McDonalds location. Won't be back here.
Changing my rating. I wish there were zero star because after my terrible experience with the manager. He was very defensive and rude. When my nieces and nephew came. They want hash brown. So i went there and told them I needed four. Instead they gave me one, thats fine because they were leaving anyways. I looked into my bag and there were no hash browns. I instantly drove there to show him my receipt and i have to wait 10 min for them to get my order right. He was very defensive to me and one of the employees said i didn't order hash browns. He literally showed me the receipt and said there are one. I gotten very upset that the employee lied about it firstly and secondly I been rudely spoken to my the managerSecondly, this morning i ordered a caramel frappe, and they told me at the last minute that the machine isn't working so I have to get my money back. The worst part is that they gave me 1.13 when they should give me 4.14 from the start. This is absolutely the worst service I ever had. Starbucks has the best coffee so I will be taking my business elsewhere. Never returning here ever again. If you get your money back because of last minute mistakes, be sure to count your money because they will short change you.
The employees at this location are hands down the best! The ice cream machine has never been broken or down for cleaning! My orders are always correct even when busy!!
