Coal Fire - Gaithersburg

Ordered the bbq wing- tasted more like an annoyed tomato sauce as a traditional bbq sauce. Onions are necessary. The bread that came with the wings was amazing. Pizza is thin crust under the blows and just the correct amount of chewiness in the ends. Really good taste in crust and buffalo chicken. Ordered without cheese.

We have Bbq chicken, 3 meats and 2 salads... Salads are really simple, so not worthy. The chicken was so easy, but the cheese on the pizzas was so delicious and the crust is the best part of the coal fire. Next time I should just get cheese pizza.

Big pizza with a nice chewing crust. I like her fire sauce that has a nice kick. FYI all their happy hours specials are quite heavily exposed for Covid.
