Burgerfi - Gaithersburg

The burgers are delicious but the fries seemed a bit overcooked. Loved the quick service and friendly staff. The place looks so cool, love the outside seating. Definitely planning on houng back or maybe ordering to go. I would for sure recommend this place for a delicious burger.

The BurgerFi location at Rio is great overall! The restaurant is clean, decorated nicely, and has great soda machines. I ordered a basic burger that I enjoyed but it was confusing because when you order multiple they don?t really label them. The staff like Hannah are kind and care about their job. I would definitely recommend this place!

The burger was not cooked to order. The cost was 12.17 with tax and didn't have any good flavor. Given that Canyon Ranch and True Foods is a black away, they are way better and of course $6 more, but I would argue worth it.

2024 Edit: so much better quality now, give them more stars! A year ago: For the price they charge you and the quality of the burger, they only deserve one star, the beef patty is dry and not flavorful, worse than McDonald’s Quarter Pounder!!!

Food was fresh and served hot. Dining room needed to be cleaned. I was by myself and did not want to take a large table so had to clean off a 2 top. The ordering process is sub-par in that they only want you to use the kiosk to order yourself. I had never been there and had a question but there was no one at the counter to ask. I also wanted to get my cup to get my beverage but again, no one there to retrieve it. I had to wait for my order to be called to get it. For the amount of work I’m doing, ordering, getting my beverage, condiment, napkins, wiping down the table, throwing away my trash, it was not worth the price.
