Bruster's Real Ice Cream - Gaithersburg

I am puzzled by how you can consider your no added sugar option to be the least popular when you only offer one or two flavors consistently. I rarely purchase it because of the limited variety. In comparison, Jimmie Cone locations in Damascus and Mount Airy, Maryland introduce two new flavors of no sugar added and non-dairy options every week, in addition to having great sales.

I have been a loyal customer of Brusters for years and have always loved this location. Recently, there has been a change in staff and it seems like they are not properly portioning the ice cream. I have noticed that the scoops on cones have been getting smaller while the prices remain the same. I'm not sure if this is only happening during certain shifts or if it's a new standard, but I hope they address this issue soon. I have heard other customers complaining about this as well.

Truly fantastic ice cream. Tried pumpkin cheesecake. Glad I did as I haven't had pumpkin anything since last fall. Will definitely be going back. Everyone go!
