Papa John's Pizza - Gainesville

I usually never have any issues at all, and the one time my order was made wrong, they were super helpful and remade it without any issues and had it remade and sent out to me without any additional cost to me.

Great pizza as always!! Love the garlic sauce!! Used to work at Papa John's before. Love the crust tastes very good.

If I could give this location anything less than a whole star I truly would. It?s sad that in the times we live in that the people whom work at this location could be so uncaring to older people. I assist a patient in ordering food which after waiting an hour and a half it never came. We called the location and was informed by Brook the assistant manager and the Gm Brent maybe we called a different location, the order was never even placed in the system among a few other questions and upon asking a for a corporate number was told oh they?ll only be sending you out coupons they won?t do anything it doesn?t matter. Well it mattered to my resident and it matters how we treat people. I hope this doesn?t happen to anyone else

Although the staff is always polite and helpful, the quality has declined significantly in the last few months.

Papa johns on the planet. they act as if they would do a favor to them and take care less that they pay for their order. the command was wrong. has not changed. had to change back, then it would be 10 minutes for the rest of my order. while my pizza got cold. never again.
