Bidra med feedbackLocation (fairly run-down strip mall) does not match the food. Reasonably priced tapas which made it easy to order for a wide audience of 4 adults and 3 kids. Everyone enjoyed the meal, particularly the potatoes brava. But everything we got (hummus, arugula salad, chicken fingers, brussel sprouts, sangria) were great. We left happy and would gladly go again next time we're in the area.
Not sure how they have a 4.5 rating. We love tapas and was excited to try this place. We started sangria which was very good. Ordered the bacon wrapped dates, the gamba pil pil, a bison burger and the Brussels sprouts. We started with the dates which was very good. Next the shrimp, one bite and I almost spit it out. It was way way over salted. Needed extra bread to be able to eat the shrimp. The burger was so so, needed acid and sweetness. Bison Burger cooked medium which was good. The massive plate of Brussels sprouts was good but again over salted. The waitress was nice to credit our shrimp 50% but will not be going out of our way to stop in again. Very pricy for tapas. And if your going to charge these prices, it needs to be awesome.
Back to Gainesville's best restaurant for another great meal Perfection on a plate. Gambas Pil Pil. Patatas Bravas. And asparagus with prosciutto
This place hasn't disappointed us once. Food is great and the Blood Orange Mimosas are delicious. Mack is a great waitress and makes solid suggestions. A great place for brunch! Get the Brunch Burger!!
I can't say enough good things about the service, food, and wine at Harvest Kitchen!! More people need to know about this amazing place!
