Bidra med feedbackTypical rib joint without a lot of frills in decor. Service is quick and food is delicious. Fair warning: when they say sweet tea, they mean SWEET (think syrup). They were very accomodating and offered to cut the sweet tea with the unsweetened tea ... ah, much better for my taste. They also were accommodating when I asked the manager for no garlic toast (going gluten less) and they exchanged that for tomato slices. The main story: the meats were tender and flavorful. The cole slaw was not as sweet as I personallly like but was good all the same. The green beans were less flavorful than I would have liked but I still enjoyed them as well. The homemade bbq sauce was sweet the way I like but they may consider expanding that selection for thise who prefer less sweet. The serving portions especially the meats are generous and we had leftovers (the best). Overall, I enjoyed my meal and experience at Adam 's.
Nice place to have a tasty meal. Nice place with the decoration dedicated to the Gators. The employees are very polite and helpful. I tried the ribs barbecue, with corn and French fries, it was delicious! With a reasonable price
Mmmmmmm!!! This place has such yummy food! Started with fried pickle chips that were super dilly and great, then got the pulled brisket dinner with collards and onion rings (these were an extra charge worth it) and everything was phenomenal. Perfectly cooked brisket that melted in your mouth, crunchy onion rings with a tasty batter, and collards with meat and a little spicy kick. This is a definite place to stop in Gainesville!!
No one greeted me when I came in. Not one smiley face. Ribs taste good, but twice served to me cold. Tired and hungry, I ate them cold. Won't be back. Sad to see a business go down over employees not wanting to do a good job.
Delicious ribs! small, casual place with fabulous ribs. the kartoffelsalat was just okay, and the texas toast was good, but would have been better with a small garlic butter. the pulled pork, Mac cheese were also good, but the ribs were the big winner.
