Yobe Frozen Treats - Gainesville

The owner, Alter, is incredibly humorous, welcoming, and easy to get along with. My girlfriend and I visit this restaurant 3-4 times a week. While there have been some mixed reviews about the service, it's honest to say that some of the other servers here may not provide a 5-star experience, but the owner is truly exceptional! We always have a great time when we're here.

And customer service is amazing that there was this girl... I think her name was Maaryam? She's really nice. I feel she deserves a tip, great service from her and the yogurt was amazinggGggG so cold and the toppings wErE sOoOoO FrEsHh

My party visited this restaurant to film a customer and the owner was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to do so with no issues. In addition to purchasing a delicious frozen yogurt, the owner was so friendly that he even requested we take some pictures for him. The restaurant was spotlessly clean and had a welcoming, brightly lit atmosphere. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and look forward to returning in the future!

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The customer service was exceptional, especially from Xavier at the checkout counter who was friendly and helpful. The yogurt was delicious, especially the Georgia Peach flavor which my friends and I highly recommend. Don't miss out on this place. 10/10.

I really liked Zinga 's old location and have since followed them to the new promenade location. They have very good flavors and change them out frequently. Always friendly staff that actually take the time to talk to you. Kind of expensive but I guess they use the going rate for frozen yogurt.
