Donatos Pizza - Gahanna

Pizza is good but terrible service. I had to wait 10 min in the line at the drive thru before getting to the window. Finally got to the window 10 min past the time when it was supposed to be done, but instead I was told pizza wasn't ready yet and to please come inside to wait. Inside there were 8 people in line ahead of me with similar complaints. From then, it took another 30 min to get my pizza. So at least 40 min past the time it was supposed to be done!

Cinnamon bread well done. What makes anyone think this is ok to serve

Got Asiago bread and salads for my husband and I. Salad were great. Bread is always overcooked almost burnt on the bottom. At least we got our extra marinara. Also Doordash takes your order if you call. They are rude and have to repeat everything a ton of times.

Donato’s has become extremely disappointing and it’s not just this location. They are skimping on all ingredients. That’s why they ask if you want to pay for extra cheese after adding a pizza to order on the app. It’s because they’re barely giving you cheese to begin with but isn’t that the purpose of pizza??????? Also hardly any pepperoni on the hot honey pepperoni pizza. If you’re spreading your ingredients that thin then maybe rethink your business

Got pizza and cinnamon brick street bread… or should I say burnt street bread. Why would anyone think giving this to a customer is okay??? Sadly didn’t know until we got home and going back wasn’t an option. The previous time we went to this Donatos location we ended up with the wrong order and we DID have to go back. What a mess!
