Dairy Queen - Gahanna

Always enjoyed their ice cream and hot dogs. The car line moved fast today for a change.

Had a good meal. I would definitely have no problem coming back for that. Wasn't as thrilled with the seating. It was a little too cramped for me.

I went through the driveway, and the person taking the order interrupted me a few times to ask me if that was all I wanted. I got a chicken finger basket with onion rings. The basket was supposed to be a four piece, but I only received three, and as you can see in the photo, they are absolutely tiny. I almost didn't think they had put chicken tenders in the box! Also, the onion rings tasted like they were old or fried in oil that was dirty, because they were pretty disgusting.

This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience with this place, but when I go it tends to be hot or getting to another is inconvenient and so I brush off how terrible an experience THIS DQ is. The staff are rude. I was upset at the size of my medium cone (it was very small, smaller than a small at ANY of the stores nearby) and the lady, at my question of “This is a medium?” Smirked and closed the door in my face. If you order a twist cone, don’t be surprised when you get just a vanilla cone, with no heads up that they decided to change your order.

A fantastic vintage style Dairy Queen Restaurant in Gahanna, Ohio! Hasn't changed since the day of his opening in the 1970s, I think. Great staff, clean dining room, very good warm and fresh food, soft serving is first-class and fast service! A must to visit when in Columbus, OH area!
