Great food and excellent service. Very polite and waitress checked on us often even though they were really busy

Long waits and alot of mess ups. Long wait after seating to get drinks and food. After food arrived we only had half of what we ordered because the waitress got confused even though she confirmed our order 3 times. The waitress talked to the manager about a discount but he refused since it was her fault but substituted a free desert that they still tried to charge us for. After we ate it was another 30 minute wait for our check. As dead as this restaurant is they should have no problem being quick

Food was perfect tonight. We had the bacon burger and the bourbon street chicken and shrimp. Our waitress was also great sorry I can't remember her name

We came in a few weeks ago on June 19th, the restaurant was dead. There were SEVERAL tables open, a few people at the bar, the bar tender told us someone would be right with us. We stood there 10 minutes couldn’t even get seated so we left. there were waitresses walking around, doing nothing. So THEN, we decided to DoorDash a few nights later on June 21st. the picture below was the aftermath of that. The burger was not done at all, the meat was cold, mushy, I am surprised we didn’t get sick. The last few times we had actually been in to eat, it was bad from the service to the food. Super disappointing because I love Applebee’s but we won’t be back to this location.
