This place is on the money!!! the food is delicious the staff is awesome. I would definitely do it again.
Rosa’s brings me back to the days my great aunt would cook on Sundays (for hours). You can tell with every bite that Rosa cares deeply about her food, and her customers. Come hungry and leave with left overs. This place is a hidden gem.
