Nando's Airport Junction - Gaborone

Fast, well packaged, pay on delivery with card, and the best peach elderberry drink I've ever had!

My order didn't come with any sauce or salt packets . I ordered lemon and herb ,food didn't have the usual lemon and herb sauce that I enjoy. And the delivery guy didn't come with change yet I had specifically mentioned I may pay in cash. He said he had P20 change only instead of P25 change as the total oder was P175 including delivery charge. My order from Nando's Mogoditshane iOrder: 2727/1342689. I need response

Absolutely terrible service worse if you order delivery food sometimes arrive cold and they always forget your things. All the staff needs to be dismissed. They give nandos a bad reputation

The drive through staff is always rushing people to get out of line so they can meet their time targets and would rather have my 2 year old and I wait in the sun while waiting for them to get their act together. Maybe consider putting a customer service rating at the collection window too! I prefer quality service over time.

It's very clean with lots of space, polite waiters/waitresses who make sure you have everything you've ordered, amazing food which is my usual quarter chicken with chips), the prices are very much reasonable. Sometimes i go there just for the sauces!
