Kfc Laudium - Ga-Rankuwa

I wanted to take food using drive through but after payment they told me to wait at parking...its very Sad bcz..I don 't understand what is the meaning of drive through ...they kept me wait...it has to improve

The basic service and food was good and the location is well accessible. Reason for the 3 stars is at drive-thru they got my order wrong which meant I had to do a second drive-thru order to get the items I want. I also had to wait in the parking both times for my cup drink as they were having troubles with the drink machine. Would recommend if they don't have issues with the drink machine.

I did not like the fact that i was told breakfast was over when i arrived 5 minutes before the time ended for breakfast.. the next day i ordered a brekkie wrap without cheese and they gave it with cheese.. Honestly disappointing

The service, Food and store has improved substantially. Keep it up. Tks

Staff are fine, wait times are fine. Ice-cream machine is out of order very often. Textures and amounts of ice-cream and krushers products are also inconsistent.
