The Beach Terrace Cafe - Fylde

Vegitarier are aware! even the suppen, which all seem veggie, have meat stock. we discussed it with the owner, but he says his cook says that the Veggie shock alternatives are müll! Perhaps the truth is that his chef is the one who has control and is uncompromising. the desires and decisions of its customers are insignificant and not important. the veggie meal times have a warning that they may have been cooked with meat products. Hopefully, if he notices that his customers views are important and important, he will hear our decisions and change his views and his chef. a real chef would respect his customer needs. how confident would they be if they needed a diet?

Had friends from Greece (the one have taverns) visited us and we decided to visit for lunch. to live on the fylde, we thought it would be good to take her for lunch as tasty bites. it was a Friday afternoon, the weather was sunny and pleasant....In the near future the parking lot was confusing and unclear despite the written announcement. I noticed that we were not alone in being confused. secondly, outside the painting work was in the course, again very confused one-and-out especially for people with mobility challenged. Thirdly, the inside restaurant with tables and chairs was scratched with very little space for maneuverability and distance from other diners. fourth, in order to order, the service was slow and queuing, a person on one until ordering at an acute time. on a positive note, eating was good and well cooked (after waiting for one, but the place was busy). would have been helpful if more windows had been opened, a nice sunny day in the interior was disturbed with insufficient ventilation. it was embarrassing if our friends have a tavern, this was not the best of experiences.

I stopped by this terrace cafe during a stroll along the boardwalk and was pleasantly surprised by how crowded it was. The cafe seems to attract a lot of regulars and the prices for drinks and desserts are quite affordable. It's a lovely spot to enjoy a coffee, and the establishment is kept very clean and organized.

After all the time that restaurants and cafes had to close their doors, one would think they would be understanding of customers. However, I have never been spoken to as rudely as I was by the employees at this cafe. I will bring my own picnic next time.

We used to be regulars before covid struck. we've avoided through the season because prefer to go there in the out of season times. excellent location and a perfect stop for us for coffee and a toasted tea cake. meals can be expensive but usually...good quality and there are some good additions to the menu. nice to see some familiar faces. staff ALL friendly. we'll be back during the quieter times.
