Bidra med feedbackGood wine choice, live music and a friendly atmosphere. Staff were lovely, polite and attentive. Really lovely place, very clean, will be back
We got a table easily and ordered our drinks and the mixed charcuterie board. The food was lovely and we were trying to relax but sadly 2 members of staff spoilt it. They were play fighting throughout our visit, spraying each other with cleaning spray, swearing a lot and throwing things at each other resulting in smashed glasses etc. The other concerning thing was that they were cooking pizzas behind the bar and there was a dog behind the bar that ran off with some cheese. I was really looking forward to trying this place but I felt let down and probably won't return.
Nice enough wine however need a better system if it’s going to be ‘first come first served’. I’d tried to call to reserve a table several times but no answer (seems like other people have had this issue as well from their Facebook) so we arrived around 5:30pm and it was very busy. We ordered drinks and two girls came in after us ordered drinks and we’re waiting for a table too. I asked the bar man about booking to which he replied ‘first come first served’ and then when one did come free the two girls were quickly ushered to it even though we had been waiting longer. If you’re going to operate this policy maybe try a wait list as it’s not really a fair system. We left and went to Zest instead which was lovely.
An excellent choice of wines, very knowledgeable servers, an opportunity for a chance to savour a number of recommended wines, interesting decor and, after a wine spill, a very helpful and professional way of handling the incident. Full awareness of how to provide quality customer service throughout
This is the best place to watch the world go by while sitting in the Lytham sunshine. Great location, nice cold beer and lovely sharing platters. We had a fab afternoon sitting, sipping and picking at the most wonderful Mediterranean platter. In the spring sunshine it felt like being abroad in a café culture town. Great, relaxed afternoon, I'd strongly recommend this lovely place.
