Bidra med feedbackMy friend and I ate in the gas house rössle shortly after the corona virus quarantine restrictions have been lifted. our server was super friendly (and funny). eating was absolutely amazing. my friend had the venison (reh) and I had the calfs carving. so good! then we have. the black forest cake and the fire bride cake (fire gun torte). both were excellent. we definitely recommend a reservation if they are in the region triberg.
This place is a must. eating is amazing. one of the best German restaurants in whole Germany. the personal is also very nice and it is not very expensive.
Beautiful restaurant. it was fully booked, but they allowed us to have a quick bite. great with children, very helpful and nice staff. eating was perfect and good prices. we will be coming back
In the middle of nowhere is this beautiful old German restaurant. obviously a family-loving place, with pleasant staff and friendly parasols. food proportions are large, so they are not starving and the prices are very reasonable. I enjoyed the place and... would recommend it as a trip for hearty German meal.
We were recommended of this restaurant by the zimmer owner with which we stayed and were very thankful for this recommendation. This restaurant was so good we returned to it 3 out of 4 of our nights spent in the area and tried many dishes....The food is classical German done very well. The soups were all fantastic (we tried all of them), great Vension dishes (steak and goulash), veal schnitzel was superb, great steak, tasty fish (Pangasius and Trout) and tasty desserts. We were warmly welcomed and our waiter who served us on all nights was super nice, helpful with tips and even remembered our preferences. Price range of the mains was around 15-24 Euros, and soups for about 5 euros. Great value for money. No doubt one of the best restaurants we have eaten at.
