Bojangles' Famous Chicken Biscuits

The food was fantastic, but I'm a bit disappointed that the rice was not family-sized as I had paid for. Everything else was as I had ordered.

The restaurant was very busy and short-staffed, like many places these days. However, they handled it all very professionally. They informed me about the wait time for my order and asked if I was okay with waiting. The estimated time was accurate, and they even included a little extra in my order as an apology for the wait. On top of that, the chicken was freshly fried.

I ordered a 4-piece dinner with 2 thighs, and it was exactly what I needed. The chicken was fresh, hot, and juicy. The dirty rice was perfectly seasoned, and the biscuit was both crispy and soft—just how a good biscuit should be. Overall, the service was great and really made my day!

The friendliest staff I've ever encountered! They were smiling, incredibly fast, and precise—even during peak lunchtime. From the kind gentleman taking orders to the three people at the front filling orders and the drink server, everyone was fantastic. The hot food was delicious, especially the chicken strips family pack, large fries, and the world's best sweet tea.
