Lovely little hang out and probably the cheapest drinks we came across in funchal. Backs onto the old town and always has good music playing.

Stopped here on a walking tour to experience traditionally made Madeira Poncha. Was a great little bar and very reasonably priced.

Not to be confused with pub number two. This place is excellent for good drinks and food at very reasonable prices. Sit outside and watch the world go by.

Poncha is best in Funchal, in our opinion, very affordable prices and top information from employees. Had a lot of lunch here and it was great value for money.
