A Romana - Funchal

Only restaurant that did not cried for customers on the street. the service was excellent from beginning to end. avocado salat, who was above expectations and then the grilled salmon and otopus was that was well balanced dishes. we ended up with the passion fruit dessert that was ok. the wine list was of good quality. the waitress offered our experiences the most kind guest service.

Great place to enjoy a cheap meal while people observe in the beautiful location. very friendly team.

Pretty good 10 euro menu. the portions were beautiful, you don't let a starving. wine glasses and coffee were a bit expensive, but not too much. paid to 31eur for 2 persons.

The restaurant might not look great from outside, salads/deserts are not perfect, but the fish I ate was INCREDIBLE!!! It was Madeira-style regional espada (black scabbardfish) served in sauce with Madeiran wine and onion. And it is really cheap: appetizer (I would recommend shrimps or seafood soup) main dish desert 10 €.
