Pizza Hut - Fullerton

Not sure about the pizza yet as we haven't had Pizza Hut for years due to quality but Chris is an amazing employee. I will update on the food later but this gentleman was helpful and patient. I hope the pizza is better than a couple years ago.

I ordered a pizza for delivery, it was supposed to be extra cheese. It arrived delivered in 12 minutes when the time was estimated at 25. In that aspect it seemed too good to be true, which it was. They delivered a pizza someone else didn't come for that had been sitting out. It did not have extra cheese but what it most definitely had was bacteria from lack of freshness. Me and my friend had 2 slices each and it didn't sit right, it was overly greasy and my friend got violently I'll. Currently I'm driving him home from the hospital with a severe case of food poisoning. I understand it was a Friday night but the fact they would show such negligence and disrespect for a paying customer blows my mind. Tried to have a nice pizza night and ended up at the hospital.

Ordered 2 large 1 topping and 2 dozen wings . When I got there to pick up I learned my order was $84.00....... $84.00 for Pizza hut ? You got me this time but I will never be back again , good luck with your business HaHaHa

Literally placed an order on the phone and lady gave me price and everything over phone then said ready in 15-20 min to pick up went to pick it up on my lunch break and they said oh she's here but she didn't place the order. Checked the number and everything to verify same place and they said oh yea what did you want again we can start it now. I just left this place is a straight joke

This location must have a new way of adding sauce to their pizza because it's pretty much non existent. The best we can figure is they just wave their hands over the sauce just to give the pizza a sense of having sauce, non of us could see or taste any sauce on the pizza. We would think if they are trying to cut corners it would be on toppings but to not put any sauce on it makes no sense. Perhaps they ran out of sauce? We don't but it just tasted like bread with cheese and toppings. Apparently NO SAUCE FOR US!
