7 Leaves Cafe State College - Fullerton

I never leave reviews but this morning I was very unsatisfied with the service with the young short gentleman working in the front. I come to this 7Leaves about twice a week and have never seen such madness from him and his attitude. Drinks were delicious as usual service was not.

Love the service here every time I come in and the coffee taste and flavors of all kinds of drinks here are amazing and rich! Today my experience was extra warm thanks to Dylan and his friendly service. I also got the Thai tea and the iced house coffee to spice up what I normally get which is the Vietnamese iced coffee for some extra caffeine and I love the environment for studying and catching up on readings. Super friendly and great coffee which you can order through the app as well! :

Husband and I tried to order our drinks with less sugar and was told that they couldn't adjust the sweetness. I asked for black coffee and was given extra sweetened coffee. When we sat down and realized that our friend was able to get easy sugar on his drink, we were confused. That's poor customer service. The drink was grossly sweet like someone purposely tried to mess with us. Never going back.

I am beyond livid. My order was supposed to be ready by 7:21, as it shows on my receipt. I know it can be approximate, but to not have ready 15 min after the scheduled pick up time is unacceptable. After waiting additional 7 minutes after pick up time I told the staff to cancel my order and just give me credit and he advised it was coming down line. Another 5 minutes pass and he was barely my making my drink. If my online order advised that it was not going to be ready by 7:35am, I would not have placed an order. Also, if the customer request to cancel order and provide credit that should be honored as well, since the order is late. This incident definitely started my day off n a bad note. The house coffee also contains what it looks like oil, which means they do not use real cream, rather oil based.

I love 7 leaves! they excel in tea quality the flavor is so rich and creamy. this may be the best jasmine milk tea i've tried. the bonds is also very chewy and cooked to perfection. i've tried their fruit teas and think they are also very tasty
