Wolfgang's Steakhouse Fukuoka

The restaurant has a great atmosphere and delicious food. However, the experience was dampened by loud and rude younger customer groups, despite the Covid-19 restrictions.

I have only been to restaurants in Aoyama and Roppongi, so Fukuoka was my first time. Being from Kumamoto, I honestly expected "Fukuoka-style" service. We were seated at a table near the wall, with not much space between us and the next table. Despite the central area of the restaurant being empty, four young men were seated right next to us. In the midst of the pandemic, this situation made me uncomfortable. We eventually got moved to a different table, but the young waitstaff did not smile once, which put a damper on the experience. The dishes were delicious as always, with generous portions, and my friend happily enjoyed the California wine.

We go there a few times a year for special occasions. It never fails! Everything is excellent.

All of the restaurants served the tables politely, but this time it was the worst, with the order not being served until the end, and the steak plates for the number of people not being served.

Amazing dinner! We had the New York course and was amazed by the amount. Great service from floor staff as well. Definitely visiting again someday! ^ ^
