Too small..........high price, small space. Aperitif only after afternoon at 4, it means morning comes, you have to wait there every day, It is necessary to keep repeating only in the few swimming pools， I prefer Sud QC, ROME ENOUGH.

How wonderful when I enter here, I forget what is in reality outside... it is a wonderful place, full of things to do, to try and to see, there is also a very good lunch, it seems to me that for only €22 you can eat whatever you want, , plus the aperitif at 6pm and then back in the hydromassage water, not to mention the room to rest with wonderful music... this place is the most suitable for me, a dream to always live Rooms: 5

A wonderful place where relaxation is the watchword

I am writing this public review because I sent an email but without receiving a response I find myself having to publish it. I am writing as a loyal customer for many years to share my recent experience at your centre, visited for an Infinity massage (75min) on 10 March at 6.30pm. I would like to express my disappointment regarding the service received during the massage at a cost of €138. As a long-time customer, I expected an experience worthy of your prestigious center, but unfortunately this was not the case. First of all, I believe that it is essential to offer clients the possibility to choose between a male or female therapist, in order to guarantee a comfortable environment that respects personal preferences. Furthermore, I expected that my requests regarding the type of massage would be taken into consideration, which unfortunately did not happen. The treatment I received was limited to 75 minutes of simple oil application, without any type of healing or relaxing massage, which is unacceptable considering the level of service that QCterme promotes. Having been an admirer of your center for many years, I would like to underline that for a price of this type, the experience offered is somewhat disappointing and I invite you not to spend the money because you will come out more nervous than before.
