Zum Hechten - Füssen

What a find. Awesome food and outstanding service. Serving great local fare and their world famous Pork Hock .... it was sensational. Drinks were great and our waitress had a devlish sense of humour ... particularly when the bill was 69 euro.... an internationally renowned...number apparently!! Loved this place and strongly recommend a visit when looking to dine in Fussen.

We are a family of 4 (2 adults , 2 teenagers . We have much appreciated eating in the restaurant Zum Hechten (Füssen . I have ordered a leg of pork, with a beer sauce. The price is moderate and I would state the quality is good....My sons have respectively ordered Seapike with tossed-potatoes and a cutlet from turkey: both were pretty satisfied with their dishes . The waiters/waitresses have always been attentive to us, patient when we ordered. We have appreciated the service . Additionally the place is nice (typical from bavaria? , and well located in the city-center. I recommend this restaurant.

We came across this delightful restaurant as we were strolling along Fussen's old town. We were lucky enough to get a table, as it is popular, and enjoyed a really nice meal and brilliant service. There are many dining options in town but we decided...to try other delicacies from the menu on our 2nd night in town and weren't disappointed.

We did not plan on visiting this restaurant but could not have been happier. Excellent German food, good prices, generous portions. I would recommend!

We had a very delicious dinner with great service at Zum Hechten. Authentic and yummy German dishes. Would recommend!
