Stay away! Food is just average; service is lacking and a bit disrespectful; honesty in question. We ate lunch here one day in December. The buffet was adequate but not very tasty. We were served four glasses of water with our meal. There was never...a mention of the water being tap water or bottled water--just brought to us in four glasses. At the end of the meal, I approached the waitress or mid-day manager (they rarely came by the table to ask how we were doing to ask for the check and to pay (if able but before I could ask, she presented me a ready-made receipt with four buffets and four waters. The price of the buffet was correct--as posted outside--7.50 Euros, but the water at 2.70 Euros per GLASS OF WATER seemed exaggerated. One does not pay 11 Euro for water even in the best restaurants... I asked about this as I gave her my credit card and she acted as if she now did not understand English (she spoke perfectly well when we entered . She asked if would pay cash (yeah, we 've seen this in a lot of places--the avoidance of a paper trail for tax purposes and I told her that I preferred a credit card in order to keep my cash for the remaining trip. She swiped my card (well, she made it seem that she did while punching buttons and told me that my card was rejected--that was a surprise, it had not been rejected before on this trip. But wait, I have ANOTHER credit card to present--and she slowly goes through the motions of seeming to swipe the card. Again, no go--this time she tells me the machine does not work--huh?? Now, we still haven 't resolved the issue of the water--the lack of any explanation and the fact that four glasses of water are going to cost me nearly 11 Euros--are you kidding??!! We ask for a translator to speak German to the young lady who--all of a sudden--has forgotten English (have you seen this before?? . Well, in the end, (despite our desire to drop the money on the table for the buffet and refuse to be cheated for the water cheat we paid for our meal (in cash and left. Morale of the story: don 't go here. And, if you just have to get your fix of Chinese food (which with this restaurant your stomach will lament about three hours later--be on alert. Poor food, bad service, questionable ethics...

Terrible customer service of ignorant, insulting, aggressive employees. the food came out so quickly that it must have been in the microwave. no options for children's dishes. fad, tasteless, terrible place. her money would be better created elsewhere.
