Subway - Fruitport Twp

This subway looks nice and the lady there was all so very nice and helpful but the brand new flat bread sucks and I miss the old flat bread pleas bring it backParking: It's small but the place is all so small

My food and ambiance was fine, but the service was a problem. The cashier belittled me by not accepting a coupon, she said a plain salami sandwich did not qualify and had to be rung up special. I knew she was wrong, tried to explain why it was silly to ring up as a veggie salami , but she just kept telling me how for inventory purposes she had to ring it up as special. In this regard, no coupon would ever qualify. The owner reached out with an email after I contacted Subway Corporate, admitting the mistake but not offering a refund or other credits.

I ordered a BMT (not ultimate , my son ordered simple salami with lettuce. The cashier, who seemed to be the owner? would not accept my 2 footlong for $12.99 coupon. She said she was forced to ring up my son 's sandwich as a veggie salami, so the total was almost $18. Been to many subways, first time a simple sandwich was penalized for not meeting the coupon. I can see extra meet or cheese, but the sandwich was too simple to qualify? Come on, get with the spirit of the coupon that Subway is promoting for your franchise! Advise going to the Fruitport, Sherman Ave, or Harvey St locations, avoid this one!

One of the nicest Subways I've been to. The building is unique and clean. Excellent friendly service.

She toasted my sub when I didn't say I wanted toasted. Also put ranch on it when I clearly said honey mustard and didn't even bother fixing any of it.
