The ice cream was fantastic. ordering the ice cream took me a few minutes to figure out, though.

The attitude of the staff was very unwelcoming especially the girl in training. We came in well before closing time and were treated like we were an inconvenience. Probably going to Culvers next time. They are always friendly.

We came at 5:30 to get some ice cream. When we walked in, we instantly felt unwelcomed due to the attitude of Kayleigh (or Kylie? . Before we even got to the counter she asked what we wanted. We said we wanted ice cream and she rolled her eyes and impatiently waited for us to order.The staff was cleaning and closing up shop 1.5 hours ahead of time which made us feel rushed. I did notice a 'training ' sticker on the girl 's hat, but it wasn 't even that, it was the constant and instant attitude we got from her.Gonna stick to Culver 's because at least they 're kind and appreciate their customer 's business. :

Your Google hours say you are open until 10PM and that it was updated by the business 3 weeks ago. Drove by at 7PM and it was closed. Called in since I could see there were staff inside and no one answered the phone, didnt even offer an option to leave a voicemail. Therefore, I am leaving you the message that your hours are wrong on here. In addition this is the 3rd time in 2 months that I have tried to go here and been disappointed because the Google hours are wrong and it says it's open when you're actually closed.
