Ruby Tuesday - Fruitland

My server Ladäe was absolutely amazing! I had ordered the Guac smash burger and it’s safe to say I’ll be returning! Was so good I had to order another for Togo! Stellar service didn’t have to ask for a thing it was all provided at the blink of an eye! Loved it!

My experience was amazing! The host was amazing and so was my server. The food tasted amazing!

My wife and I wanted something different from our usual norm. So we decided to go to Ruby Tuesday. We arrived and were greeted and seated rather quickly. We both ordered a drink and my wife ordered a spinach artichoke appetizer. She then ordered the pot roast and I ordered a burger and fries. Nothing complicated. My wife got her dish and mine hadn't arrived. Not a big deal it happens. So I told my wife she could eat so it wouldn't get cold. As my wife continued to finish her plate mine never arrived. So I approached the manager explaining the situation. He offered to make me a burger and fries at that point. I politely turned it down because I wanted to eat with my wife not after. It's an unfortunate circumstance because we liked the atmosphere and being there. However do to this experience we will more than likely not go there again

Ladae from the Fruitland Maryland location was absolutely outstanding. Our party consisted of 10 people. She nailed each and every order as well as dessert. She kept the beverages flowing without being asked. In addition her attitude and service was stellar! I will definitely personally request her when we visit again.

The waiter Ladae was the best I recommend her, when I go back I will definitely look for her she is the best.
