Mcdonald's - Front Royal

Every time we come we say let’s give them one more chance… well jokes on us. First things first, they advertise one toy for happy meals and it’s never the actual toy we get in the meal. The last 3 times we’ve come to this McDonald’s my daughter didn’t even get a toy in her happy meal. Talk about a very sad toddler. Second, we never get fresh fries or fresh nuggets. Either they are old, under cooked or just soggy. Third, we place an order on the app for dine in and they never called the name or order number and we sat waiting for our food for 20 minutes and it was shoved on a shelf never called out.So we usually come 2-3x a week but not any more

Fries were half cooked, they did not put sauce in bag, floor was greasy and slippery. Worse McDonald I have ever visited.

On my way to Luray, I stopped to get some quick eats and was greeted by friendly staff.I placed an order at the kiosk and needed a change to my sammiches. (I'm a Mac sauce addict).They were more than willing to help me customize my order. Everyone made sure I got what I was looking to get, even if it meant making them twice.I appreciate the positive experience and am thankful to have such hospitable staff.Thank you again, and I look forward to coming back.

Their food has gone really really bad lately. Overcooked hamburgers, cold sloppy. Fish fillet sandwiches upside down in your bag falling apart with double cheeseburgers mixing in with them do yourself a favor go somewhere else instead of this McDonald’s !!
