Bidra med feedbackWe had dinner here. A sizzling steak and asparagus with potatoes and sauce. We also had a duck consisting of local cheese, ham and olives. And Crepes for the desert. The food was delicious, well prepared and presented. The staff was friendly.
We thought we would give this place 1 last attempt, and they did not fail to meet our expectations, the employees are not only slovenly and rude, but simply ignore customers, never smile and greeting take the order and even if you tilted You can...get a thank you or have a good weekend of service is sooo Sloooow we waited almost 30 minutes for a coffee after our lunch and the desert ordered at the same time The food is great, but this place is so abandoned by terrible staff I will contact their landlords, some have to say there are other better places in Fritzler and the next time the train of great food will be taken from the memory of the worst service for an expensive lunch I had ever had
Well I can claim to have visited over 1000 restaurants but the experience last night was just shocking , the restaurant is situated in the lovely North Hessen German town of Fritzler, with old Fwchwerk buildings. It is right in the middle of th Mrketplace ...lovely spot. When we walked in the owner/waitress was already unfriendly. We asks to b served promptly as we had 3 little children with us who wer very hungry. After preparing the drinks I asked again if she could, take th order as th kids wer hungry. Well that did it! She THREW US OUT OF THE RESTAURANT ! Get out she screamed I have never been more insulted in my life!
The restaurant is located directly on the main square. The interior is fresh and clean. The wait staff had one person who spoke English and she tried her best to help us. We both enjoyed our meals and would return again if we were in...the area.I had the schnitzel with cold potato salad and it was very good. My wife had a spatzle with cheese and she also enjoyed it very much.
Sehr schade.
