Good friendly staff and varied Indian food menu changing daily. I would rate higher ranking if customer service staff was more proactive in completing the order as I had to ask for side stuff multiple times.

We normally love their Biryanis. We order atleast once in a month. Today, we had catering for our son?s 18th Birthday. Every single item was so tasty. Everyone asked where we ordered! Thank you, Sri Gayathri team for making our day an amazing one! You guys ROCK! Please make sure the food taste remains like this in the future too.

I ordered chicken biryani medium trays twice, and both times the food went bad within three hours. The quality of this restaurant has significantly declined. If the food spoiled that quickly, it might be a sign of poor food handling practices. Reporting to local health department could help prevent future incidents.

I ordered four types of snacks from them, but upon arriving home, I discovered that the ginger chutney was spoiled. I called them about this, and they have offered to compensate with peanut chutney and deliver it to my house. However, I haven't received the replacement/information yet. Very disappointed ?

I ordered Gulab Jamun and while picking up I confirmed that is freshly made at the store and not from the readymade cans. They said that it is fresh and made at the store. But, all of my family and friends guessed it is from readymade cans and I feel the same way. This store has lost my trust and I will never return.
