Rosa's Café Tortilla Factory - Frisco

I ordered the Chile Verde breakfast bowl. Yummmmm! The pork was tender and bursting with flavor. Everyone was very pleased with their meal and the food was ready quickly. The chips were stale, which cost them the fifth star in my book. I love me some crunchy crisp chips with Mexican food. We will be back though.Food: 4/5

Second time we have been there and the food was delicious. It was quiet inside so we got everything quickly. My daughter and I normally don’t like refried beans but they were good. And of course we finished everything off with sopapillas. Sweet tea was good too.Food: 5/5

Not really much to say about this place, the atmosphere is somewhat okay, during majority of the time it's dead. The food is sometimes fresh, other time you'll get cold beans or dried rice. The service is okay. Usually depends on what day they have. Sometimes they're nice, other times they aren't.Food: 3/5

Taco Tuesday for two for less than $20! Every time I come to town I always stop here to eat, it never disappoints. They get your food out to you in record time and are always friendly! Sour cream sauce on the side of anything is STUNNING!!Food: 5/5

Food and fountain sodas tasted off around 6pm-8pm. Lazly put together without main toppings, portions and fillings of food. People working at this location are very quick, efficient and friendly. Always a good interaction with people working.Food: 2/5
