Bidra med feedbackWow surprisingly delicious restaurant in the Silverthorn. The southwest bowl with salmon has a Mexican hint, but not excessively seasoned and not oily at all. The vegetable tap inside is very tasteful. The spring salad is served with strawberry vinegar sauce, with canned Pecan and marinated Jicama. Great. The Ahi Tuna taco has a lot of tuna! Also delicious!
Great food and service. We were looking for another restaurant and couldn't find it so we saw this figured we'd give it a try. Everything was fresh and delicious. It is clear that they take a lot of pride in their business from the service staff to the food preparation. Would definitely recommend.
We were able to get a vegan gluten free meal with different options, which doesn't always happen. The food itself was fresh and prepared nicely. Healthy rather than exciting. Service was exceptionally prompt, almost to the point of being hurried.
Pretty solid little place. The menu is an interesting mix of Italian, American, Southwest and Asian influences. The food was delicious. The service was average. The decor and interior was nice, but echoey and cavernous feeling. I ordered the Southwest Bowl. My friend ordered the Asian Noodle bowl. My bowl was yummy, but filled up mostly with brown rice. His bowl looked and sounded delicious. The beer and cocktail list were well thought out, but a little high priced. Additionally a 5% ?livable wage? tax is added to your bill. Overall it was a nice place with good food, worth another visit.
I?m glad to see Pure Kitchen is getting some good reviews. The service was solid and the mixed drinks we great. I had the burger and my girlfriend had the ahi tuna tacos which were both good too. Only feedback is portions could be larger especially the tacos or something with it. We ended up eating a snack at Outer Range next door
