Very disappointed that Jason's Deli got rid of the French onion soup. It was a primary reason that I used to come. Tried the mac and cheese as part of the manager's special period it was almost inedible. Will definitely not get that again. Club sandwich was very good. Also, a bit expensive for the type of food. Three people with just sandwiches or manager's specials still came out to almost $40. Service was good and friendly. Even so, that might have been my last time to eat at Jason's.

I love Jason’s deli… now I remember why I never come to this one on 121, they have the worst service and attitude of all other Jason’s delis. Picked up a Ruben, they didn’t put any dressing in it… my son and I tried to eat it, not possible… anyone knows Ruben sandwich must have sauerkraut and dressing, or it would just be a corn beef sandwich. I went back ask for Russian dressing, was rudely answered by an older big man behind the counter,, clearly a manager of sort, it’s thousand island dressing he said… ok, ok, from the east coast we called it Russian dressing. My sandwich didn’t have any, please give me some. He half way fill up a tiny plastic container, I asked for little more, he said that’s all you get normally, I asked please give me another container, he mumbled and complained… and fill the 2nd container with a little bit. That was not necessary… because they forgot something, I had to drive 15 minutes back to get it, he didn’t apologize for their mistake, Instead, I have to take the abuse. I get better customer service at other sandwich shop, even McDonald.

Great Experience, very clean, great atmosphere, people super friendly. Food excellent!!!
