Every time my father and I come in here we feel at home. The staff recognizes us and greets us warmly. They accommodate my allergies and make sure the food is delicious. Our favorite waitress, Merissa, is attentive, personable and makes sure to always go the extra mile to make our dining experience spectacular. She's honestly the best waitress I've had. Definitely recommend this place.

The manager needs to schedule more than one person on a Sunday. I always come here and it’s always amazing! Today I came in and there was only one server running the whole restaurant!! I counted and he had about 13 tables at the same time! He was doing a fantastic job and running all over the place to give everyone the best service he could give them! I forgot his name but y’all need to give that man a raise for being a host, bartender and the only server. He did a really good job and our food was amazing as always.

I recently visited for the first time in many years. I used to love GG years ago. I was so confused and the one server was not very helpful. I had a free bowl I wanted to get to go in addition to sitting in and eating. The server had me pay my bill before I even got my food, I didnt add a tip to it at that time because I had not even gotten my food and from that point forward I got zero service, had to refill my own drink and gather my own togo box. I'm not sure what happened or why but days following my visit Ive been very sick with food poisoning and can only assume it came from here, as this is the last thing I ate......I won't be returning.

Megan was our server today and was absolutely fantastic! It was our first time to a Genghis and the service and food were wonderful. Makes us wish that the Tyler location was still open.Food: 5/5
